护士长同理心培训方案设计与应用研究
Scheme design and application research on nurse managers’ empathy training
【摘要】 目的设计适合护士长的同理心培训方案,观察分析应用效果。方法通过访谈方法拟定护士长同理心培训草案,并经专家咨询、预试验等方法确定护士长同理心培训方案;对24名护士长实施同理心培训应用研究,采用人际反应指标和Jefferson护士同理心量表进行测评,衡量护士长同理心培训方案的合理性及可行性。结果确定了6个单元的护士长同理心培训方案;培训后护士长整体同理心进步显著,在人际反应指标中观点取替维度差异显著,在Jefferson护士同理心量表中观点采择、情感护理维度差异显著。结论护士长同理心培训方案设计合理,同理心培训对提升护士长同理心有效。
【Abstract】 Objective To design a scheme on nurse managers’ empathy training,observe and analyze the effect.Method Make a draft of empathy training for head nurses by interviewing and confirm the scheme by expert consultation and preliminary experiment.24 head nurses receive application research on empathy training.Assess the rationality and feasibility of scheme by Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C(IRI-C)and the Jefferson Scale of Empathy(JSE).Result 6units of head nurses’ empathy training scheme are confirmed.The general empathy of head nurses is improved after training obviously.Dimension of perspective alternation in IRI-C has significant difference.Dimensions of perspective taking and emotional care in JSE have significant difference.Conclusion Scheme on head nurses’ empathy training is reasonable.Empathy training is effective.
