【摘要】 目的探讨群组管理模式对乳腺癌术后患者功能锻炼依从性的影响。方法 100例乳腺癌改良根治术患者按入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各50例。对对照组患者常规实施一对一健康指导,对观察组患者实施群组管理模式,采用专题授课、示范指导,并进行患者之间交流。术后2周、1月,评价两组患者日常生活活动能力、功能锻炼依从性及患肢肩关节活动度。结果术后2周,日常生活活动能力、患肢功能锻炼依从性测评结果观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01;术后1月,肩关节活动度观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论群组管理模式可以提高乳腺癌患者患肢功能锻炼的依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of group management mode on compliance of functional exercise for post-operative patients with breast cancer.Method Divide 100patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy into observation group and control group equally according to hospitalization order.Patients in control group receive routine one to one health guidance.Patients in observation group receive group management mode with special subject teaching,guidance,induction and communication between patients.Evaluate activities of daily living,compliance of functional exercise and shoulder activity degree of affected limb for patients in two groups 2weeks and 1month after operation.Result Activities of daily living and compliance of affected limb functional exercise 2weeks after operation is better in observation group than in control group.The difference is significant,P<0.01.Shoulder activity degree 1 month after operation is better in observation group than in control group.The difference is significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Group management mode can improve compliance of functional exercise for patients with breast cancer.更多还原
