There exist problems of over-download,network security and service quality in campus network. By analysis on the current status of campus network flow,the campus network flow monitoring strategies based on location,packets and flow behavior are studied,as well as the flow control strategy based on bandwidth and application. The environment of network needs to be optimized to ensure the traffic of campus network and the establishment of harmonious,orderly and healthy digital campus.
