囊素对鸡传染性法氏囊病弱毒苗免疫的影响

【摘要】 为了研究囊素对鸡传染性法氏囊弱毒苗免疫效果的影响,将囊素按不同剂量与法氏囊弱毒苗混合滴鼻接种雏鸡。对接种后7,14,21和51日龄的鸡进行抗体琼扩效价检测、抗体转阳率检测和囊指数测定。结果显示:中等剂量(10μg/羽)囊素添加的鸡传染性法氏囊弱毒疫苗组抗体效价产生和持续时间高于其他剂量组和疫苗对照组(低毒力),囊指数值也高于其他组;鸡传染性法氏囊弱毒疫苗(中等毒力)接种试验鸡,能长时间维持较高抗体,但对鸡的法氏囊损伤较大。试验证明,适当剂量的囊素对鸡传染性法氏囊弱毒疫苗具有免疫增强作用和减少法氏囊损伤作用。

【Abstract】 To study the immune effect of bursin on the attenuated vaccine of infectious bursal disease( IBD) in chicken,the chickens were inoculated with attenuated vaccine of infectious bursal disease mixed with different dosages of bursin by the nose drop method. The agar gel precipitation( AGP) antibody titers against IBD virus,positive conversion rates,and the bursal index( BI) were detected and determined in the chickens at 7 d,14 d,21d and 51d after vaccination. The results showed that the generation time and duration time of the antibody titer in the group inoculated with the attenuated vaccine of IBD with medium dosage( 10 μg / feater) of bursin were higher than those of the other dosage group and the vaccine control group with low virulence,and the BI of the group was also higher than that of the other groups. The high antibody titer of the group could be maintained for a long time when the chickens were inoculated with the attenuated vaccine of IBD with medium virulence,but it also caused bigger damage to the bursa of fabricius in chicken. The results indicate that the appropriate dose of bursin has an immune- enhancing effect to the attenuated vaccine of infectious bursal disease,reducing the damage of the bursa of fabricius.
