饲粮中添加沙棘果渣对蛋鸡生产性能和脂类代谢的影响

【摘要】 为了研究沙棘果渣对蛋鸡生产性能及脂类代谢的影响,试验采用随机分组设计,将180只280日龄海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只鸡,对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验1,2,3组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1%、2%沙棘果渣,进行为期42 d的饲养试验。结果表明:添加沙棘果渣对蛋鸡产蛋率和饲料转化率均有一定改善作用,随着添加量的增加,蛋重、产蛋率有逐渐升高的趋势,日粮中添加沙棘果渣粉显著影响了蛋鸡血液中总胆固醇和三酰甘油含量(P<0.05),随着沙棘果渣粉添加水平的升高,总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量有下降的趋势,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量有升高的趋势。说明日粮中添加沙棘果渣能够提高蛋鸡的生产性能,并能有效调节脂类代谢。

【Abstract】 To study the effects of the marc of sea buckthorn on productive performance and lipid metabolism in laying hens,a random grouping design was used in the trial. One hundred eighty 280- days- old Hy- line brown laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups with three replicates of 15 hens each. Control group was fed corn- soybean meal basal diet,group1,2,3 were fed basal diet supplemented with 0. 5 %, 1. 0 % and 2. 0 % marc of sea buckthorn,respectively. The trial lasted 42 days. The results showed that there were certain improvements in the laying rate and feed conversion efficiency with the diets supplemented with the marc of sea buckthorn; there was a gradually increasing trend in egg weight and laying rate with the increase of the additive amount. There were significant differences in the contents of total cholesterol( TC),and triglyceride( TG)( P <0. 05) with the diets supplemented with the marc powder of sea buckthorn,and the contents of TC,TG and low- density lipoprotein cholesterol showed an decreasing trend with the increase of the additive levels of the marc powder of sea buckthorn,but the content of high- density lipoprotein cholesterol showed an increasing trend. The results indicate that the basal diet supplemented with the marc of sea buckthorn can improve productive performance of laying hens,and can effectively regulate lipid metabolism of laying hens.
