【摘要】 为了进一步提高并稳定绵羊原核胚胎的生产效率,试验对影响绵羊超数排卵的供体品种、年龄、体重、左右卵巢等因素进行系统分析。结果表明:在平均获卵数上,东北细毛羊极显著高于其他2个品种(P<0.01),乌珠穆沁羊和德国肉用美利奴羊间差异不显著(P>0.05)。绵羊供体在1~6岁期间,超数排卵平均获卵数随着年龄的增长而增加。东北细毛羊体重为48.0~68.0 kg时,对平均获卵数没有影响(P>0.05);德国肉用美利奴羊体重为43.0~65.0 kg时,对平均获卵数没有影响(P>0.05)。绵羊单位体重注射促卵泡素(FSH),体重为4.0~6.0 kg时,对平均获卵数没有影响(P>0.05);绵羊两侧卵巢超数排卵效果差异不显著(P>0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 To further improve and stabilize the productive efficiency of pronuclear embryos in sheep,some factors affecting the superovulation in sheep were systematically analyzed,including donor varieties,age,body weight,and other factors dominating ovary. The results show that the average number of retrieved oocytes in Northeast fine- wool sheep was extremely significantly higher( P < 0. 01) than that of in the other two breeds,there was no significant difference( P > 0. 05) between German Mutton Merino and Ujimqin sheep. The average number of retrieved oocytes of superovulation was increased with the increase of age in sheep between the ages from 1 to 6. The body weight between 48 and 68 kg had no effect( P > 0. 05) on the average number of retrieved oocytes in Northeast fine- wool sheep,and the body weight between 43 and 65 kg also had no effect( P > 0. 05) on the average number of retrieved oocytes in German Mutton Merino. The injection of follicle stimulating hormone( FSH) on unit body weight between 4. 0 and 6.0 kg had no effect( P >0. 05) on the average number of retrieved oocytes,and there was no significant difference( P > 0. 05) on the effects of superovulation between both ovaries in sheep.更多还原
