【摘要】 中小企业的健康发展对于我国经济的稳定发展具有极其重要的作用。但是由于融资难、技术创新能力不足、人才流失严重、法律风险问题以及社会服务缺失等制约因素的影响,我国中小企业的发展正面临着重重困难。通过对这些制约因素以及它们之间关系的分析,认为在建立促进中小企业发展的外部支持体系中,只有充分发挥政府政策影响作用,综合构建融资服务机制、技术创新机制、人力资源管理机制、法律风险预防机制、社会服务机制,才能实现我国中小企业稳定、健康的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The healthy development of small and medium enterprises plays an important role in the stable development of China’s economy. Whatever,due to the impact of some restraint including difficult financing,insufficiency of the technology innovation capability,brain drain,law venture and the lack of social services,there are difficulties in the development of small and medium- sized enterprises in China. Based on the analysis of these restraint and the relations among them,concluded about the promotion of small and medium- sized enterprises’ development by the establishment of the external support system. If only take full advantage of the government policy,make a comprehensive construction the financing service system,technology innovation mechanism,human resource management mechanism,legal risk prevention mechanism and social service mechanism,small and medium- sized enterprises will achieve the stable and healthy development.更多还原
