【摘要】 建立了HPLC法测定参附丹强心颗粒中丹参素钠质量浓度的方法.样品经水超声提取后,采用HPLC法测定参附丹强心颗粒中丹参素钠质量浓度,采用C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.5%磷酸(10∶90)为流动相.检测波长280 nm,流速1.0 m L/min.结果表明,丹参素钠线性范围为9.44~198.24μg/m L,相关系数r=0.999 8,平均回收率为96.58%.样品处理方法合理,方法学考察符合定量要求,结果准确,可用于参附丹强心颗粒中丹参素钠质量浓度测定.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper established a method for the determination of Shenfu Qiangxin granule Salvianic acid A sodium content with HPLC method. Sample was extracted by water with ultrasonic extraction. HPLC was used to determine Salvianic acid A sodium content,using C18 chromatographic column,methanol- 0. 5% phosphate( 10 ∶ 90) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. The flow rate was 1. 0 m L / min. The results showed that the linear range was 9. 44 ~ 198. 24 μg / m L,the correlation coefficient r was 0. 999 8,and the average recovery rate was 96. 58%. Sample processing method was reasonable,and the methodological study meets the quantitative requirement.
