水下航行器舱室内SPE水电解氧气再生技术研究

【摘要】 水下航行器舱室内氧气的供应是保证航员正常生活的一大关键问题.根据航行器空间环境的需氧量及相对丰富的水资源设计建立了SPE水电解氧气再生系统来为航员提供氧气.系统经过40 d的运行,结果表明,电解池稳定时,其工作温度稳定在61℃,工作电压稳定在334.2 V,电解电流稳定在886.3 A,这证明电解池工作性能良好.系统氧气产量可达1 976 L/h,体积分数为99.7%,能够满足水下航行器舱室内80名左右航员的氧气需求.

【Abstract】 The oxygen supply is a vital problem to assure favorable living conditions for navigator in cabin of underwater vehicle. This paper according to the total oxygen demand and affluent water resource established SPE water electrolysis for oxygen regeneration to supply oxygen. It is found that when electrolytic tank was in steady state after 40 day run,the operating temperature,operating voltage and operating current was 61 ℃,334. 2 V and 886. 3 A,respectively,which indicated good operating state of electrolytic tank. The oxygen production achieved 1 976 L /h and its purity was 99. 7%,which could meet the oxygen demand of about 80 navigators in underwater vehicle.
