水下航行器舱室内废水处理及回用研究

【摘要】 为解决水下航行器舱室内用水需求困难,针对废水水质建立了膜分离废水处理及回用系统,研究了该系统对废水的处理性能及出水回用性能.实验废水为模拟的水下航行器收集到的废水,结果表明,尽管系统进水水质、流量变化较大,但经系统各级处理后,浊度和阴离子洗涤剂(LAS)去除率为100%,COD和氨氮(NH3—N)去除率可达99.9%,出水水质达到回用标准.

【Abstract】 In order to resolve the problem of water supply in cabin of underwater vehicle,this paper established the wastewater disposal and reuse system by integrated membrane process according to the wastewater quality. Using simulated wastewater as substrate,the performance of wastewater disposal and reuse was investigated. It is found that though the wastewater quality and flow varied sharply,the system effluent quality met the reuse standard. The turbidity and LAS could be removed entirely and the removal efficiency of COD and NH3—N could achieve high level of 99. 9%.
