【Abstract】 Russian-Asian Bank,a political and financial mix,was the"bridgehead"Russia invaded China. For implementing the Russian government policy in the far east,turning northeast China and Heilongjiang province into Russia colony,Russian-Asian Bank operated a series of colonization and governing from various aspects,such as politics,economy,military activities. They grabbed a huge political and economic interests for Tsarist Russia from Heilongjiang,which caused severe disasters to Heilongjiang province economy,society and the people.
