固体绝缘材料导热系数的热流法实验探究
Experimental Inquiry of Thermal Conductivity of Solid Electrical Insulating Materials Based on the Heat Flow Method
【摘要】 固体绝缘材料的导热系数影响电力设备内部整体的导热能力以及温升分布情况,制约其寿命和容量,所以在电力设备的设计开发阶段,针对准确测量电力设备所用绝缘材料的导热系数问题,在综述绝缘材料导热系数测量方法的基础上,采用热流法测量原理,对几种环氧树脂绝缘材料的导热系数进行测量,得到3种材料的导热系数,并对测量结果进行了数据处理.据此,针对电机电器内部绝缘材料难取样的特点,提出了结构不规则绝缘材料导热系数的间接测量方法.本研究对绝缘材料导热性能的探索以及电机电器设计具有理论价值和实际工程意义.
【Abstract】 The thermal conductivity of the insulating material in electrical equipment affects the heat dissipation capacity and the temperature rise distribution,thereby restricting the capacity and lifetime. In the design and development section of the electrical equipment,it is critical to accurately measure the thermal conductivity of the insulating materials used. This Paper summarizes several measure methods and highlights the principle of heat flow method. Taking three kind of insulating materials,we measured the thermal conductivity and processed the data.Due to the characteristics of irregular shape material in the motor,this paper puts forward an indirect method. This study has a certain theoretical and practical engineering significance.
