【摘要】 目的调查北京地区中医医院护理人员心理健康及工作倦怠状况。方法采用一般资料调查表、一般健康问卷和Maslach工作倦怠量表对北京市9所三级甲等、7所二级甲等中医医院的3 494名护理人员进行调查。结果心理健康状况总均分为(2.78±3.13)分(中位数为2分),其中高危1 591名(45.54%)。情感衰竭、情感疏远、成就感缺乏得分分别是(28.08±6.92)分、(11.38±3.96)分、(25.96±5.15)分,均为高度倦怠水平。多元回归分析显示年龄、性别、婚姻状况、学历、值夜班、吸烟、饮酒、慢性病、个人月收入、职业倦怠的3个维度均是心理健康状况的影响因素。结论北京地区中医医院护理人员的心理健康状况较差,工作倦怠明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate nurses’ job burnout and mental health in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals in Beijing. Methods General information questionnaire,general health questionnaire and Maslach job burnout inventory were used to investigate 3 494 nurses in 9 3A,and 7 2A Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals in Beijing. Multiple regression analysis showed that Gender,marital status,education background,night shift,smoking,drinking,chronic diseases,monthly income and job burnout were the influence factors of mental health. Conclusion Nurses’ mental health status is at a low level and job burnout is obvious in Chinese medicine hospitals in Beijing.更多还原
