【摘要】 目的探讨孕产期一体化管理对孕产妇分娩结局和母乳喂养的影响。方法选择产科门诊就诊的孕产妇,根据是否完成孕产期一体化管理系列干预措施,分为观察组(完整配合者)160例和对照组(未完整配合者)160例。比较两组孕产妇的分娩结局、母乳喂养及出院满意度。结果观察组自然分娩率、母乳喂养率及出院满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论实施孕产期一体化管理可以降低剖宫产率,特别是无指征剖宫产率,提高母乳喂养率和出院满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of pregnancy and childbirth integrated management on maternal delivery outcome and breast feeding.Methods According to whether complete the integration of maternal antenatal examination or not,the pregnant women were divided into observation group( n =160) and control group( n =160). The delivery outcomes,breast feeding and discharge satisfaction in two groups were compared. Result The natural births rate,breast feeding rate and discharge satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Pregnancy and childbirth integrated management can decrease the rate of cesarean section especially cesarean section without medical indication,can raise breastfeeding rate and discharge satisfaction.更多还原
