【摘要】 目的分析B型主动脉夹层患者覆膜支架腔内修复术围手术期的危险因素。方法对50例行覆膜支架腔内修复术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按ICU停留时间进行分组,分析性别、年龄、心率、生活习惯、血压、疼痛程度、并发症、焦虑程度与患者围手术期康复的相关性,并用Logistic回归分析其对患者康复的影响。结果舒张压、心率、焦虑、疼痛评分≥7分、低氧血症是B型主动脉夹层患者覆膜支架腔内修复术围手术期的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论在围手术期内确定危险因素并及时采取针对性的护理措施,有助于患者及早康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the perioperative risk factors influencing ICU stay length in patients with coated stent lumen repair of type B aortic dissection.Methods Clinical data of 50 patients with coated stent lumen repair were retrospectively analyzed.The infuence of gender,age,heart rate,living habits,blood pressure,pain degree,complications,anxiety levels on ICU stay length were analyzed by using Logistic regression analysis.Results The diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,anxiety,pain,and hypoxemia were perioperative risk factors of coated stent lumen repair of type B aortic dissection( P < 0.05).Conclusion To determine risk factors,and to take corresponding nursing measures in time,can help patients recover as early as possible.更多还原
