【摘要】 目的探讨综合护理干预对ICU病房多重耐药菌感染的影响。方法对入住ICU的患者进行综合护理干预,首先对医护人员进行多重耐药菌相关知识培训,加强手卫生管理,严格执行消毒隔离制度,完善环境卫生消毒措施。结果多重耐药菌感染率降低(P<0.01);环境卫生学消毒效果、手卫生合格率提高(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能有效控制ICU病房多重耐药菌感染,值得在临床中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on controlling multi-drug resistant organism infections in ICU.Methods Patients hospitalized in ICU were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The measures included providing multi-drug resistant organism training for medical staffs,enhancing management of hand hygiene,implementing disinfection and isolation system strictly,and improving environmental hygiene disinfection. Results The infection rate of multi-resistant bacteria was decreased( P < 0. 01). Environmental hygiene disinfection effects and hand hygiene passing rate were improved( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively control the ICU multi-drug resistant organism infections,and is worth popularizing in clinical application.更多还原
