【Abstract】 "STATE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OFFICE OF THE P.R.C" Chinese patents database were chosen, the associated patent database was established. These Anti-icing and De-icing technique patents were analyzed deeply from total amount of patent applications, Key Anti-icing and De-icing patents and holders respectively. The present patent status at home and abroad was compared. The patent situation of developing our national Anti-icing and Deicing Technique was also discussed.
