【摘要】 目的采用除锈剂和水垢去除剂同时用于复用器械的去污环节,缩短清洗时间,达到有效提高清洗质量的目的。方法将除锈剂,水垢去除剂,水按1∶5∶20的比例配置,配置温度40℃左右的溶液1万毫升,选择带有水垢和锈垢的器械经酶洗消毒后浸泡处理。10 min,30 min,60 min时分别取出各10把,漂洗两次,经浸油煮沸后烘干,检查器械清洗质量。结果使用水垢去除剂和除锈剂清洗,清洗效果与浸泡时间的长短不明显,对水垢,锈垢及污垢均有明显去除效果,对轴节和缝隙器械的效果也是较好。结论水垢去除剂与除锈剂联合应用于器械清洗两组器械经过除垢除锈操作,能有效提高清洗质量,缩短工作时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The goal of efficiently improving the cleaning quality is achieved through reducing cleaning time by applying rust mover combined with scale removing agent for cleaning repetitively used medical instrument. Methods Prepare up to 10,000 ml of solution by mixing rust remover,scale removing agent and water in a proportion of 1∶ 5∶ 20 at temperature around 40℃,select medical instrument with scale and rust,after Enzyme cleaning disinfection of them,put them into the prepared solution for soaking 10 min,30 min and 60 min respectively. Take out 10pieces of the instrument each time and rinse for two times,then dry them after oil immersing and boiling,check the cleaning quality. Results By using the scale removing agent combined with rust remover for cleaning the instrument and for their pivot and seams,the water scale,rust and dirt can be efficiently and significantly removed despite of the soaking time. Conclusions By using the scale removing agent combined with rust remover for cleaning two sets of medical instrument with rust and scale,the cleaning quality is improved and cleaning time is reduced.更多还原
