基于激光跟踪仪的大尺寸外形辅助测量装置研究

【摘要】 针对大型结构件曲面外形的特点,研发一套基于激光跟踪仪的大型结构件外形辅助测量装置。该测量装置以夹持靶标的直角三坐标伺服机构为测量机构,以导航小车为测量机构的载体,通过激光跟踪仪实时反馈靶标位置进行误差补偿,实现直角三坐标伺服机构的闭环控制,提高了测量精度。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the characteristics of large-scale structure surface appearance, a set of appearance auxiliary measuring device about large-scale structures based on laser tracker was developed. The measuring device takes rectangular three coordinates servo mechanism that clamps targets as measuring mechanism, and takes guided vehicle as the carrier of measuring mechanism, and realizes closed-loop control of rectangular three coordinate servo-mechanism by the laser tracker feeding back target position in real time for error compensation, which improves the accuracy of measurement.
