氯化消毒饮用水有机提取物对大鼠睾丸结构与精子质量的影响

【摘要】 目的研究氯化消毒饮用水有机提取物对SD大鼠睾丸结构及精子质量的影响。方法于2011年7—9月(丰水期)采集贵阳市某地水厂的管网末梢水水样。将40只SD雄性大鼠随机分为4组,分别为溶剂对照组(予玉米油)及3、15、75 L/kg饮用水有机提取物染毒组,每组10只,采用灌胃方式进行染毒,每天1次,连续染毒4周。末次染毒24 h后,对大鼠的精子计数、精子活动度及精子形态进行测定。结果与对照组比较,75 L/kg组大鼠睾丸生精小管直径、间质细胞数、精子计数均较低,空泡状生精小管比率、生精细胞脱落比率、空泡状生精细胞比率以及生精细胞脂滴发生率均较高;15、75 L/kg组大鼠睾丸生精细胞核异常率和精子畸形率均较高,精子活动度较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该地较高剂量的氯化消毒饮用水有机提取物染毒可引起SD大鼠睾丸组织损伤和精子质量降低。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of organic extracts from chlorinated drinking water on testicular structure and sperm quality of rats. Methods The pipeline water in a district of Guiyang city was collected from July to September(wet season) in 2011. A total of 40 SD male rats were randomly divided into four groups(10 rats in each group),and then treated with the organic extract dissolved in corn oil by gavage at the doses of 0,3,15 and 75 liter pipeline water per kilogram body weight,once a day for four consecutive weeks. The sperm count,activity and morphology of rats were measured. Results Compared with the control group,the diameter of seminiferous tubule,interstitial cell counts,sperm count were significantly lower,the percentage of vacuolar tubules,spermatogenic cells shedding,vacuolated spermatogenic cells and incidence of lipid droplets significantly increased in the group of 75 L/kg body weight;The abnormal rate of spermatogenic cell nucleus and the rate of sperm abnormality were higher, the sperm motility were lower in the group of 15 and 75 L/kg body weight(P<0.05). Conclusion Higher exposure to organic extracts of chlorinated drinking water from the investigated may induce testis tissue injury and reduce the quality of sperm in SD rats.
