【摘要】 对β缓发质子衰变模式的研究已经成为获取极丰质子核及其核结构知识的有力工具。在中国科学院近代物理研究所兰州放射性束流线上开展了37Ca β缓发质子发射实验,采用将感兴趣核注入双面硅条探测器测量其关联衰变的实验方法,在连续束模式下测量了37Ca β缓发质子衰变能谱、半衰期、衰变分支比。实验结果与已有文献数据在误差范围内基本符合,证实了我们实验方法的可行性与数据处理程序的可靠性,为下一步开展更近质子滴线核衰变研究积累了经验、创造了条件。

【Abstract】 Background: The investigation of beta-delayed proton decay mode has become a powerful tool to study the proton-rich nuclei and their nuclear structure. Purpose: The aim is to study exotic nuclei with extremely low production rates and purity. Methods: The experiment of beta-delayed proton emission of 37 Ca was performed at the First Radioactive Ion Beam Line in Lanzhou(RIBLL). Ions were implanted into a double-sided silicon detector(DSSD), where the subsequent decays were correlated to the preceding implantation under a continuous beam-mode. Results: The energy spectrum of delayed protons from 37 Ca β decay, half-life and decay branching ratios were measured. Conclusion: The experimental results are in reasonable agreement with the literature, demonstrating the feasibility of our detection approach and the reliability of our data analysis procedure. This allows for development of more powerful detection arrays and further research on nuclei closer to proton-drip line on the basis of present work.
