水源切换条件下模拟管网铁离子释放控制

【摘要】 用北京市某供水区域铸铁管段搭建2套模拟管网装置,对水源切换条件下管网铁离子释放的控制进行了研究。实验过程中利用地下水为水源,通过调节进入管网的水中氯浓度为1.0~1.1 mg/L,溶解氧浓度为7~8 mg/L,经过40d运行后,管垢成分主要为α-FeOOH和Fe3O4。切换地表水源后,新的管垢组成更有助于铁氧化物中铁的氧化还原重新达到平衡,从而可以有效减少水源切换条件下铁离子的释放,管网出水浊度也得到很好的控制,保持了管网水质稳定性。

【Abstract】 Two pilot-scale pipe lines were used to study the controlling iron release in drinking water distribution system under water source switch. Ground water was used as the initial water source,DO and chlorine concentration were controlled at 7 ~ 8 mg / L and 1. 0 ~ 1. 1 mg / L,respectively. After 40 days,α-FeOOH and Fe 3 O 4 were the primary crystals in the scale layer. When the ground water was changed to surface water,the oxidation and reduction of iron could reach a new balance quickly because of the new composition of the corrosion products and the microorganisms on the biofilm. This could reduce the iron release from corroded cast iron pipes and maintain the water chemical stability of drinking water distribution system.
