某电镀厂搬迁后重金属污染场地的健康风险评价

【摘要】 为了解某电镀厂搬迁后污染场地的土壤环境质量和健康风险状况,运用我国《污染场地风险评估技术导则(征求意见稿)》健康风险评价框架,对该电镀厂搬迁后污染场地进行了健康风险评价。在场地内共设置了34个采样点,采集了69个土壤样品,通过检测分析,检出11种重金属,采用GB 15618—2008《土壤环境质量标准》(修订案)中居住用地土壤环境质量二级标准和单项指数法对场地进行土壤环境质量现状评价,确定Cr、Cu、Ni、Zn为场地目标污染物,并对这4种目标污染物进行健康风险评价。评价结果显示:该电镀厂遗留污染场地所有监测点位均存在致癌风险,其致癌风险主要是由Cr6+引起,且用作住宅用地时的致癌风险比用作商业用地的致癌风险更大,该场地大部分点位的非致癌危害指数小于1,不会影响人体健康。

【Abstract】 Using the framework of Guidelines for Risk Assessment of Contaminated Sites(Draft for Comments),this study conducts a health risk assessment in the contaminated sites after an electroplating factory moves out,in order to know the soil quality and the health risk of the contaminated sites.Eleven heavy metals were detected from 69 soil samples at 34 sites in this region.According to the secondary standard of soil quality for residential land provided by the Environmental Quality Standards for Soils(GB 15618—2008)(Amendment) and single factor index method,it was found out that the target pollutants are Cr,Cu,Ni and Zn.Based on the health risk assessments of the 4 contaminants,the results showed that carcinogenic risk was existing in all sampling sites of this region and the Cr6 +was the main carcinogen and the carcinogenic risk in residential land was larger than that in commercial land; moreover,the non-carcinogenic risk indices of most sampling sites were less than 1,thus bringing low potential risk to local residents.
