杂多酸、离子液体改性活性碳纤维的脱硫性能比较
COMPARISON OF DESULFURIZATION AMONG [BMIM]Cl/ACF,H6PMO9V3O40/ACF AND [BMIM]6PMO9V3O40/ACF
【摘要】 将氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑离子液体([Bmim]Cl)、磷钼钒杂多酸(H6PMo9V3O40)以及由二者合成的杂多酸离子液体盐([Bmim]6PMo9V3O40)改性活性炭纤维(以下简称ACF),比较研究了它们的脱硫性能。电镜显示,[Bmim]Cl、H6PMo9V3O40、[Bmim]6PMo9V3O40均负载在了ACF上,FT-IR图谱显示,合成、负载未改变杂多酸阴离子和离子液体阳离子的结构。通过对改性后的ACF进行模拟烟气脱硫实验,研究结果表明:脱硫性能[Bmim]6PMo9V3O40/ACF>H6PMo9V3O40/ACF>[Bmim]Cl/ACF>ACF,根据SO2-TPD谱图可以得出,[Bmim]Cl、H6PMo9V3O40的载附分别提高了ACF物理吸附和化学吸附能力,而[Bmim]6PMo9V3O40综合了两者的优点,同时提高了ACF的物理吸附与化学吸附能力。
【Abstract】 The supported [Bmim]6PMo9V3O40 was synthesised by using the ion liquid [Bmim]Cl and heteropoly acid H6PMo9V3O40,and was supported on the active carbon fibre.and characterized by means of SEM and FT-IR.The results showed that the activated carbon fiber was modified by [Bmim] Cl、H6PMo9V3O40 and[Bmim]6PMo9V3O40 and that the structure of Ionic liquid cation and anion heteropoly acid on the active carbon fibre was not changed during the synthesising and supporting of the [Bmim]6PMo9V3O40.The desulfurization performance of modified activated carbon fiber was tested in the fixed bed reaction apparatus.The investigated results showed that the desulfurization performance of [Bmim]6PMo9V3O40/ACF was better than [Bmim]Cl /ACF,H6PMo9V3O40/ACF and ACF.Both the physical and chemical adsorption capacity of activated carbon fiber was improved by[Bmim]6PMo9V3O40,the physical and chemical adsorption capacity of activated carbon fiber was respectively improved by [Bmim]Cl or H6PMo9V3O40 and [Bmim]6PMo9V3O40.
