属性层次模型(AHM)在有机废气净化技术决策中的应用

【摘要】 根据属性层次模型理论(attribute hierarchical mode,AHM),选择资源、能源、经济成本、环境冲击和技术因素5大指标,结合农药生产企业有机废气排放特征及环境管理要求,以低温等离子法、蓄热式燃烧法以及活性炭吸附-催化燃烧法为决策对象,建立了有机废气净化技术决策的属性层次模型。结果表明:该农药企业应优先选择蓄热式燃烧法。通过对一个决策问题的分析,说明属性层次模型是一种简便易行、行之有效的决策方法。

【Abstract】 Based on attribute hierarchical model( AHM) theory,cryogenic plasma method,regenerative combustion method and activated carbon adsorption-catalytic combustion method are chosen as decision objects in consideration of five indexes including resource,energy,economic cost,environmental impact and technical factors,as well as emission characteristics of organic exhaust from pesticide manufacturers and environmental management requirements,then an attribute hierarchical model of organic exhaust purification technology decision is set up. The results show that the pesticide enterprises should choose the regenerative combustion method. It is showed through an example about decision making that AHM is simple and efficient.
