固定生物膜技术处理黑臭河水的研究

【摘要】 以生物陶粒作为载体,利用枯草芽孢杆菌固定生物膜技术开展黑臭河水净化研究。在预处理实验中首先论证了曝气条件对该技术的影响。实验结果显示:在曝气条件下固定生物膜参与处理10 d后,对黑臭河水中COD、浊度、NH3-N和TP的去除率分别达75.79%、93.97%、99.02%和79.20%;未曝气条件下,固定生物膜处理20 d对COD、浊度、NH3-N和TP去除率分别为42.36%、79.29%、96.44%和85.04%。仿照工程实际连续补充黑臭河水,进行曝气条件、无曝气条件、及无任何处理的对照条件下,连续处理30 d。实验结果表明:在曝气条件下,COD和浊度去除率远大于对照组,水质达GB 3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅳ类水要求。由此说明:枯草芽孢杆菌固定生物膜技术处理黑臭河水效果显著。

【Abstract】 Using B. subtilis fixed biological membrane,with bio-ceramicite as carrier,a research on black-odor water purification was done. In the preprocessing experiments had proofed that aeration had an influence on the technology. The results showed that after treating the water by the biological membrane with aeration for 10 d,removal rates of COD,turbidity, NH3-N and TP were 75. 79%,93. 97%,99. 02% and 79. 20%. After treating it without aeration for 20 d,the removal rates were 42. 36%,79. 29%,96. 44% and 85. 04%. According to engineering practice,continuously supply black-odor water, with the aeration conditions,without aeration condition,and without any treatment,it was treated for 30 d. The test results indicate that the aerated removal rate of COD and turbidity were much higher than the control group. Water quality was up to the Ⅳ water in"Surface Water Environment Quality Standard"( GB 3838—2002). Which shows that using B. subtilis fixed biological membrane has a significant effect to treat black-odor water.
