荷电喷雾技术在除尘与空气净化调节中的应用
APPLICATION INVESTIGATION ON DUST REMOVAL AND AIR CONTROL WITH CHARGED SPRAY
【摘要】 荷电喷雾技术是指液体在机械力或者气动力的作用下形成雾滴,并经过电晕、感应或者接触荷电后带上电荷,从而形成荷电喷雾或荷电气雾两相流的过程。荷电喷雾具有雾滴粒径尺度均匀、空间弥散程度高以及在目标物上较好的沉积特性(特别是目标物背面),而广泛应用于农牧业病虫害防治、喷雾喷涂以及废气颗粒物脱除等领域。从粉尘脱除机理、电场或者电荷对脱除吸收的增益机理、空气净化与温湿度调节机理等方面入手阐述了荷电喷雾技术以及在粉尘捕集、废气脱除以及空气净化与温湿度调节等方面应用现状以及发展趋势,认为荷电喷雾水雾除尘技术发展较早、技术成熟可靠,并已经投入实际应用;同时认为对荷电喷雾烟气脱硫和空气净化与温湿度调节的深入研究有助于达到提高烟气处理效率、降低液体消耗的目的,为开发和推广新型烟气脱硫技术以及开发室外温湿度调节装置开辟新途径,并提出大力开展荷电雾滴输运特性与蒸发特性、颗粒物聚并以及表面运动特性的研究是提高荷电喷雾技术水平和装置开发能力的重要前提。
【Abstract】 Charged spray is the process in which the droplets are formed by aerodynamic or mechanical forces,charged by the different charging methods,such as corona,induction,and contact respectively and formed charged or air-droplets two-phase flow.The charged spray has been widely implemented in agricultural and livestock protection and prevention from pests and disease,spray painting,dust removal and gas treatment due to uniformity of droplets,high spatial dispersion and perfect deposition efficiency on the targets especially on the back.The investigation situation and developing trend for charged spray,dust removal,flue gas desulfurization,and air cleaning,temperature and humidity control by charged spray have been described based on improvement mechanism of dust flue gas removal and controlling temperature and humidity.It is considered that dust removal by charged spray is early developed,mature and reliable technology,and has been applied into reality.Flue gas desulfurization and air cleaning and control should be further investigated,which could improve the flue gas efficiency,decrease consumption of liquid,and offer a new method to develop new equipment for flue gas removal and air cleaning,temperature and humidity control.The further study of the charged droplets transport properties and evaporation,dust particles coalescence,and drops surface movement characteristics is also a important base to improve technical level of charged spray and device development.
