【Abstract】 With regard to the current orgnizational forms of public participation, existing problems are analyzed and countermeasures are proposed so as to promote the sound development of public participation in marine environmental impact assessment. The public participation in environmental impact assessment of marine engineering is now confronted with multiple barriers such as lack of the right to know, oppression of discourse right and trustful crisis. Therefore, countermeasures and suggestions for optimization of environmental information disclosure ways, guidance of public opinions and strengthening of government supervision management are proposed.更多还原
