【Abstract】 The industry-university-research collaborative innovation was the important mission and the necessary social responsibility of the university.Nowadays,the main obstacle restricting collaborative innovation was the value deviation and interest inclination among the main parts,resource fragmentation,self-contained administration and lack of guarantee mechanism.Then,the university should assist the government to plan,coordinate the stakeholders and promote the industry technology innovation and institutional innovation.更多还原
