【摘要】 "校长退出学术委员会"作为一种制度设计的改革取向,并不能必然实现公众所期待的学术权力与行政权力分离。在现实中,校长既是沟通学术与行政的关键使者,也是大学学术发展的重要筹资者,让这一角色远离学术决策中心并不妥当。在我国,导致这种简单化改革取向的根源在于大学校长选拔制度的行政化。为此,在大学校长选拔制度的去行政化改革中,应谋求建立一种大学、政府、市场多方选择力量较为平衡的选拔体制。更多还原

【Abstract】 "The president exiting from the academic committee"as the institutional design of reform orientation,could not meet the public expectation of the academic power separating from the administration power.In reality,the president is not only the key coordinator between the academic system and the administrative system,but also the important fund raiser for academic development,so it is inappropriate to keep him away from the academic decision center.In China,the cause of reform simplification is the administrationization of the university president selection procedure.Therefore,in the de-administrationization reform,it should build a more balanced selection procedure between government force,market force and university-self force.更多还原
