【摘要】 目的探讨应用胫骨远端锁定钢板治疗胫骨Pilon骨折的临床疗效。方法应用胫骨远端锁定钢板治疗胫骨Pilon骨折33例,35侧。采用切开复位内固定术式。结果 33例均获得随访,随访时间8~26个月,采用Mazur踝关节症状和功能评分系统进行评估,优22侧(>92分),良9侧(87~92分),可4侧(65~86分)。优良率88.6%,骨折愈合时间4~10个月。结论胫骨远端锁定钢板治疗胫骨Pilon骨折,固定牢固,愈合率高,术后可早期功能锻炼,是目前治疗胫骨Pilon骨折的较好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of tibial Pilon fracture treatment with distal locking plate. Methods Distal tibial locking plate was applied in the treatment of tibial Pilon fractures in 33 cases( 35 sides). Open reduction and internal fixation were adopted. Results The 33 cases were followed up for 8 ~ 26months. By Mazur ankle joint scoring system for assessment of symptoms and functions,excellent was assessed in 22 sides( > 92 scores),good in 9 sides( 87 ~ 92 scores),and fair in 4 sides( 65 ~ 86 scores). The excellent / good rate was 88. 6%. Fracture healing time was 4 to 10 months. Conclusion Distal tibial locking plate in treatment of tibial Pilon fracture possesses the advantages of firm fixation and high healing rate,which makes possible the early postoperative functional exercise. It should be recommended as a good method for the treatment of tibial Pilon fracture.更多还原
