建筑垃圾中重金属Cd2+对微生物群落的影响研究
Impact of Cd2+ in Construction Waste on Microflora in Soil
【摘要】 以化工厂含重金属Cd2+的建筑废弃物污染土壤为样品,检测了其中重金属Cd2+的含量,在此基础上调查了建筑垃圾对污染微生物群落变更的影响。对微生物的生物量测试结果表明,细菌群落中受到影响最大的是以大肠杆菌为代表的革兰氏阳性菌,对真菌菌群的影响不显著。该研究显示,建筑废弃物的堆放可能会对临近的土壤生态带来一定的影响。
【Abstract】 Soil contaminated by construction waste containing Cd2+was taken as samples.Based on the content of Cd2+determined previously,the variation of microflorae changes in soil polluted by construction waste was investigated.The results of biomass tests showed that the Escherichia coli,representative of bacterial flora,were affected much more significantly than the fungal flora.And the microbacterial activity was also inhibited due to the pollution of Cd2+contamination.This study shows that construction waste dumps can affect the adjacent soil ecology.
