【Abstract】 It is easy for teachers to have the career burnout. In recent years, teachers’ career burnout in colleges and universities is increasingly prominent, and brings the more and more serious negative influence to the teaching quality of the school. This paper analyzes the manifestation, influence, and reasons of teachers’ career burnout and explores the countermeasures of career burnout, which benefit increasing teachers’ teaching enthusiasm and the teaching efficiency.更多还原
