两种添加剂对煤族组分制陶瓷-炭复合膜的改性研究

【摘要】 以煤萃取反萃取法分离所得煤密中质组分溶胶为涂覆液,通过添加聚乙二醇和氯化锌两种改性剂,研究了它们对制备的陶瓷-炭复合膜性能的影响,考察了复合膜的孔隙率、纯水渗透率以及对Fe(OH)3胶体和牛血清蛋白溶胶的截留率与改性剂加入量的关系。结果表明:添加5%体积比的聚乙二醇或添加8%质量比的氯化锌,可显著改善所制陶瓷-炭复合膜的性能;添加聚乙二醇可调节涂膜液的稠度,从而有利于涂膜液在支撑体表面形成均匀的膜层;但添加过量,会使涂膜液过稠而变得浑浊,不利于支撑体表面均匀膜层的形成,且容易封堵支撑体孔隙口;添加氯化锌可使其与涂膜液中的溶剂NMP产生较强的相互作用,使NMP对煤密中质组分胶粒的分散能力减弱,涂膜液的黏度显著提高;所制陶瓷-炭复合膜分离层与支撑体复合良好,膜层连续、平整且较均匀;改性剂可使孔径明显减小,从而有利于截留率的提高。

【Abstract】 The collosol of dense medium components obtained from extraction and back extraction were used as coating liquid.By adding two kinds of additives,PEG and ZnCl2,the influence of the additives on the performance of prepared ceramic-carbon composite membrane was studied.Specifically,the relationship of porosity,pure water permeability and the retention ratio of Fe(OH)3 gel,BSA sol through the membranes with the additive amounts was investigated.It turned out that PEG with volume ratio of 5% or ZnCl2 with mass ratio of 8%can improve the performance of the membrane significantly.Adding PEG can adjust the consistency of coating liquid,and therefore was beneficial to form a uniform membrane on the surface of the support body.However,excessive amounts of PEG will make the coating liquid too thick and therefore became cloudy,which was unfavorable to the formation of the uniform membrane and even easily caused the blocking of the pores of the support body.NMP in the coating liquid had a strong interaction with ZnCl2,which will weaken the dispersive capacity of coal dense medium components in NMP and then the viscosity of coating liquid was increased significantly.The composite of separation layer and the supporting body of the membrane was good,and the membrane layer was continuous,smooth and uniform.Additive can decrease the aperture obviously,increasing the retention ratio.
