不同分子量双酐封端PEI的合成与表征
Synthesis and characterization of dianhydride-terminated polyetherimide with different molecular weight
【摘要】 合成了4种不同相对分子质量的含双酚A醚结构的二酐封端聚醚酰亚胺树脂。并用乌氏黏度计、傅立叶变换红外光谱、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析和旋转流变仪表征其结构和性能。研究结果表明,树脂的相对分子量对其玻璃化转变温度、热性能和流变性能等均有影响。随树脂相对分子量的增加,树脂的玻璃化转变温度、5%失重的分解温度和700℃分解残留率都增大,而非牛顿指数n变小,更加接近非牛顿流体。所合成的聚醚酰亚胺树脂溶解性良好,显示出优良的可加工性和热性能。
【Abstract】 A series of dianhydride-terminated polyetherimide resin were synthesized and characterized by means of Ubbelohde viscometer,FTIR,DSC,TGA and rotational rheometer.Effect of molecular weight of the resin on glass transition temperature(Tg),thermal performance and rheological property of the resin were studied.Tg,decomposition temperature(Td)of the 5% weight loss and the residual rate under 700℃of the resin increased with increasing of molecular weight of the resin,while the non-Newtonian index(n)decreased,then more closer to the non-Newtonian fluid.The resin had good solubility,showing excellent processability and thermal properties.
