ε-己内酯与DL-丙交酯共聚物的体外降解性能研究
Degradability of epsilon-caprolactone and DL-lactide copolymers in vitro
【摘要】 系统研究了ε-己内酯与DL-丙交酯共聚物(PCDLA)在磷酸盐缓冲液(PH=7.4,37℃)中的降解性能。用失重率、分子量、热学性能等指标对降解性能进行评价,并对PCDLA8020薄膜表面形貌采用扫描电镜(SEM)进行了观察。研究表明:随着PCDLA共聚物组分中DL-丙交酯含量的增加,降解速度明显增快,这为PCDLA共聚物的进一步应用提供了指导意义。
【Abstract】 The degradation property of epsilon-caprolactone and DL-lactide copolymers in phosphate-buffered saline(PH=7.4)at 37℃ was investigated in detail.The degradation was estimated by the mass loss,molecular weight and thermal properties.The appearance of PCDLA8020 film was observed through SEM.The results showed that with increasing of DL-lactide content in PCDLA,the degradation rate was much faster.This had a significance guiding to the further application of PCDLA.
