煤矿封堵加固聚氨酯硬泡增强与阻燃的研究进展

【摘要】 硬质聚氨酯泡沫材料以其优良的物理和化学性能在国民经济各个领域发挥着重要作用,但在煤矿封堵加固中使用仍存在不足,必须对其进行增强和阻燃改性。主要介绍了近年来增强聚氨酯硬泡力学性能的方法和不同类型阻燃剂对其阻燃性能的影响,并总结了煤矿封堵加固聚氨酯硬泡增强、阻燃机理。

【Abstract】 Rigid polyurethane foam(RPUF)known for the excellent physical and chemical properties has been widely applied in the various fields of the national economy.It was necessary to improve the mechanical property and flame retradancy of RPUF for its deficiency used on the coal mine reinforcement.Various enhancement methods of RPUF had been introduced,and the effects of different types of flame retardant on RUPF were discussed.Meanwhile,the flame retardant and strengthening mechanism had been summarized.
