锂皂石的有机改性及聚丙烯/有机化锂皂石复合材料的制备
Organical modified laponite and preparation of polypropylene/organo-laponite nanocomposite
【摘要】 分别采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)以及偶联剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)对锂皂石进行修饰,制备有机化的锂皂石(Laponite)。然后将有机化的锂皂石与聚丙烯(PP)进行熔融共混,制备PP/有机化锂皂石复合材料。红外光谱(FT-IR)和热失重分析表明改性剂成功的修饰了锂皂石。PP/有机化锂皂石复合材料的断裂伸长率较PP有明显的改善。
【Abstract】 organo-lapontie and polypropylene(PP)/laponite composite were prepared successfully.Infrared spectra(FT-IR)and thermogravimetric(TG)analysis showed that the laponite was modified successfully.Also,the mechanical properties of the composite were determined.The results showed that for CTAB modified Laponite,elongation at break of the PP/hectorite increased markedly and reached peak value when the concentration of the hectorite was 1-5wt%.
