嵌段型中性键合剂的合成与表征

【摘要】 以硫磺、氯化苄等为原料,经取代反应得到二硫代苯甲酸,再经氧化、自由基反应合成RAFT试剂二硫代苯甲酸异丁腈酯(CPDB);通过控制加料次序,利用RAFT聚合法依次合成聚丙烯腈PAN、二嵌段聚合物P(AN-b-EA)、嵌段型中性键合剂P(AN-b-EA-b-HEA)。用高效液相色谱(HPLC)、红外光谱(IR)、元素分析、核磁氢谱(1 HNMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)对所合成物质进行了分析和结构表征。结果表明:所合成的PAN分子量4160-9120,分子量可控,玻璃化温度为41.86-44.12℃;P(AN-b-EA)分子量为10140,玻璃化温度为42.25℃;P(AN-b-EA-bHEA)分子量为10960,玻璃化温度为41.46℃。

【Abstract】 The RAFT agent CPDB was synthesized through several steps,involving oxidation reaction and free radical reaction,using sulfur and benzyl chloride as raw materials.The polyacrylonitrile(PAN),diblock polymer P(AN-b-EA) and block neutral bonding agent P(AN-b-EA-b-HEA)was synthesized sequentially by using RAFT polymerization.The structure and properties of products was identified by HPLC,IR spectra,element analysis1 HNMR spectra,GPC and DSC. The results showed that the molecular weight of PAN was controllable and varied from 4160to 9120,and the glass transition temperature varied from 41.86to 44.12℃.The molecular weight of P(AN-b-EA)was 10,140,Tg was 42.25℃.The molecular weight of P(AN-b-EA-b-HEA)was 10960,Tg was 41.46℃.
