碳纤维表面涂层提高抗氧化性能的研究进展

【摘要】 碳纤维由于其高比强度、比模量、耐高温、耐腐蚀及低密度等特点,在军工、航天、建筑、民用、跑车及工业等领域广泛应用,具有十分重要的科学和实际意义。高温抗氧化性能差制约碳纤维未来的发展,碳纤维表面涂层是提高其高温抗氧化性能简单易行的方法。详细阐述了SiO2、SiC及复合涂层的制备方法及其优缺点,讨论了涂层种类、制备方法对碳纤维高温抗氧化性能的影响,并提出了今后研究的发展方向。

【Abstract】 Carbon fiber has been widely used in the military,aerospace,architecture,civil,sports cars and industry field,due to their excellent mechanical and thermal properties such as high specific mechanical strength and modulus,high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance and low density,and it was of obviously scientific and practical significance. The poor oxidation resistance restricted industrial development in the future,it was simple and easy method to improve the oxidation resistance at high temperature that preparation of coating on the surface of carbon fibers.The preparation methods and their characteristics of SiO2,SiC and composite coating were introduced in detail,the effects of kinds of coating and preparation methods on the high temperature oxidation resistance of carbon fiber were discussed.The development trends were also expected.
