【摘要】 介绍了三氟乙酸乙酯和甲酯的制备,叙述了他们在有机合成中的应用进展,讨论了由其制备三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯及其应用,由其与酮经Claisen缩合制备β-二酮类化合物等。指出应加强对三氟乙酸乙酯和甲酯的工艺改进和工业化研究,特别是加强应用研究,充分发挥它们作为有机合成保护基和砌块的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper first reviewed the preparation of ethyl and methyl trifluoroacetate, then summarized recent researches on their applications in organic synthesis, with particular emphasis on the uses of its major derivative ethyl trifluoacetoacetate, and on their applications in Claisen condensation with ketones to prepare trifluoromethylated β-diones. Future studies should focus on the technology improvement and industrial research especially on the applications of ethyl and methyl trifluoro- acetate as important protecting groups and valuable building blocks.更多还原
