不同组成脂肪胺捕收剂浮选石英性能研究

【摘要】 本文通过罗氏泡沫仪试验和单泡管试验,对比研究了椰油二胺、N-牛油基-1,3丙撑二胺、十二胺、氢化牛脂伯胺4种不同胺类捕收剂的泡沫性能以及对石英的浮选性能。试验结果表明:起泡能力十二胺>椰油二胺>N-牛油基-1,3丙撑二胺>氢化牛脂伯胺。泡沫衰减能力较强的是椰油二胺,其次为N-牛油基-1,3丙撑二胺,氢化牛脂伯胺最弱;泡沫的稳定性十二胺最强,其次是N-牛油基-1,3丙撑二胺,再次为椰油二胺。在低用量、弱酸性介质中,十二胺对石英的捕收能力优于椰油二胺、N-牛油基-1,3丙撑二胺,最弱的是长碳链的氢化牛脂伯胺。在相同的pH值条件下,碳链组成相同的脂肪二胺的捕收能力比脂肪一胺强,碳链较长的脂肪一胺比碳链短的脂肪一胺捕收能力弱,在酸性介质中胺类捕收剂对胶磷矿的捕收能力比在碱性介质中弱。椰油二胺对石英的捕收能力优于十二胺、N-牛油基-1,3丙撑二胺,最弱的是长碳链的脂肪一胺氢化牛脂伯胺。

【Abstract】 ROSS-Miles and HaLimond tube tests were conducted to compare the performance of Coco diamine,N-tallow propane diamine,Dodecanamine and Hydrogenated tallowamine in foam properties and flotation of quartz.The results show that foaming ability of aliphatic amines is Dodecanamine>Coco diamine>N-tallow propane diamine>Hydrogenated tallowamine.The attenuation of foam of Coco diamine is the strongest,followed by foam of N-tallow propane diamine and foam of Hydrogenated tallowamine is the weakest.The foam of Dodecanamin is the most steady,followed by the foam of N-tallow propane diamine and Coco diamine.Being at low dosage and mild acid medium,the property in collecting quartz of dodecanamine is better than Coco diamine and N-tallow propane diamine, Hydrogenated tallowamine with long carbon chain performs worst.Under the same pH,aliphatic diamine performs better than aliphatic amine which has the same carbon chain,aliphatic amine which has short carbon chain performs better than the long one.Amine collector performs better in basic medium than in acid medium.In collecting quartz,Coco diamine performs better than Dodecanamine and N-tallow propane diamine,Hydrogenated tallowamine with long carbon chain performs worst.
