Y-MCM-41介孔分子筛的合成及结构表征
Synthesis and Characterization of Mesoporous Molecular Sieve Y-MCM-41
【摘要】 水热法合成Y-MCM-41介孔分子筛,并采用小角X射线衍射分析(XRD),红外光谱(IR),X射线能谱分析(EDS),扫描电镜(SEM)等分析方法对所得样品的组成、结构进行表征。分析结果表明:金属钇掺杂的Y-MCM-41样品仍具有六方介孔结构,样品表面呈蠕虫状结构;EDS分析显示钇离子掺杂进介孔分子筛的孔道中,掺杂量与计算值略有差异;红外分析显示掺杂金属钇离子并没有改变MCM-41的骨架结构。
【Abstract】 Y-MCM-41 Mesoporous Molecular Sieve were synthesized by hydrothermal method,The composition and structure of the samples were characterized by X-ray( EDS) analysis,Infrared analysis( IR),small-angleX-raydiffraction( XRD),scanning electronic microscope( SEM) etc. The results of showed that Y-MCM-41 of rare earth modified had the ordered hexagonal mesopore structure and shape of worm-like. The results of EDS showed that cerium ion have dopinged Mesoporous Molecular Sieve,Doped and calculated value have slightly different. IR analysis Showed that did not change the skeleton structure of MCM-41 by doping yttrium metal ions.
