【Abstract】 The domestic and foreign CO2emission and fossil energy conditions has been summarized. China CO2emission amount and international impact has been analysed. CO2emission of China chemical industries and its effects on the national industries has been investigated, and carbon tax effect on China chemical industries has been analysed.
