垂直振动压路机施工数据采集与分析

【摘要】 垂直振动压路机虽具有压实质量"优"、压实效率"高"、施工成本"低"、节能减排效果"好"等优点,但目前缺乏相应施工技术规程,限制了垂直振动技术的运用与发展.通过对道路路基、路面基层、场道、水利筑坝等工程进行压实试验,实测压实度、压实厚度、压实速度、压实遍数、振动频率等参数,归纳总结最佳压实工艺参数:路基最大压实厚度可以达到50cm;路面基层压实厚度建议不大于40cm.填料压实厚度在25cm范围内压实遍数2~3遍;填料压实厚度30~40cm范围内压实遍数4~5遍;填料压实厚度在25cm范围内压实速度3~4km/h;填料压实厚度30~40cm范围内压实遍数1.5~3km/h遍.

【Abstract】 Although the vertical vibration road roller has advantages of"excellent"compaction quality,"high"compaction efficiency,"low"construction cost and "good"energy saving,the lack of corresponding technology standards for constructions limits the application and development of vertical vibration technology.Based on compaction tests on subgrade,pavement,road,dams and other engineering,we get the corresponding results of compaction degree,compaction thickness,compaction speed,compaction times,vibration frequency and other parameters.This article summarizes the best compaction parameters:the maximum compaction thickness of subgrade can reach 50cm;the compaction thickness of pavement is better no more than 40cm;the filling with the compaction thickness in the range of 0~25cm should be compacted 2~3times;the filling with the compaction thickness in the range of 30~40cm should be compacted 4~5times;the filling with the compaction thickness in the range of0~25cm should be compacted at the speed of 3~4km/h;the filling with the compaction thickness in the range of 30~40cm should be compacted at the speed of 1.5~3km/h.
