合成回路新的升温方式试验总结

【摘要】 合成氨工艺的合成反应是在高温、高压、催化剂参与下进行的,若合成塔升温时间较长,将限制合成装置整体的开车进程。本文介绍了合成回路氮气循环升温(降温)的工艺流程;进行了合成回路新升温方式的试验,总结了新升温方式的操作经验。结果表明,采用新的方式,合成回路温升时间较老方法减少了5h,加快了合成回路的开车速度。

【Abstract】 Synthetic reaction for synthetic ammonia process was carried out under high temperature,high pressure and in participation of catalyst,in case of longer temperature rise time of converter,it would limit the integral starting-up progress of the synthetic ammonia plant.The process flow was introduced for nitrogen gas circulation temperature increase(decrease) in synthetic loop in this paper; test was made for new temperature increase type in synthetic loop.Operating experience was summarized for new temperature increase type.Result indicates that,by using of new type,the temperature increase time in the synthetic loop is 5h less than using of old method,it accelerates starting-up speed of synthetic loop.
