【Abstract】 In 2011,the Ministry of Education launched the plan on training outstanding legal talents.Engineering colleges and universities should take this opportunity by relying on their engineering advantages and avoiding their weaknesses.Taking Hefei University of Technology as an example,the cultivation of scientific-technological legal elite is determined as the training goal of outstanding legal talents in this university.The university cooperates with scientific and technological practice units and implements training plans on intellectual property-oriented legal talents and environmental law-oriented legal talents.更多还原
