【摘要】 热释光(TL)与线性调制光释光(LM-OSL)激发晶体的原理和方式具有很高的相似性。论文致力于通过设定一定的模拟实验条件,采用Maxima数学软件对α-Al2O3:C晶体的TL曲线和LMOSL曲线进行模拟,研究这两种释光曲线峰值的参数依赖相似性。初步研究表明,在特定的模拟实验条件下,两种释光曲线峰值的参数依赖具有一定的相似性,释光曲线峰值与n0值,加热速率q(或溢出常数f0)呈现正比例关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Principles and stimulate process of the Thermo- luminescence( TL) and linear modulation OSL( LM- OSL) Luminescence are highly similar. Using the OTOR model and the Maxima software,selecting the set of parameters of α- Al2O3: C crystal,the similarity of the dependence of the TL curve and the LM- OSL curve of the α- Al2O3: C crystal has been studied. Preliminary studies indicate that,under certain simulated conditions,the TL and LM- OSL curves of the α- Al2O3: C crystal have certain similarities,The luminescence maximums are proportional to the filling of the traps( n0),heating rate q( or f0).更多还原
