含风电场的配电系统可靠性评估研究
Research on reliability evaluation on distribution system with wind farm
【摘要】 针对传统可靠性评估中未考虑气候因素对电力系统可靠性的影响而使评估结果与实际情况存在很大误差的问题,建立了计及开关元件拒动和元件气候因素的两状态可靠性参数修正模型,并将此模型和FMEA法应用于含风电场的配电系统可靠性评估中,研究了不同孤岛划分对系统可靠性的影响。结果表明:在配电系统中接入适量的风电场对改善配电可靠性是十分可行的,合理计划孤岛划分能更好地提高系统可靠性。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the wide difference between the result of evaluation and that of actual situation due to ignorance of climatic factors in traditional power system reliability evaluation,this paper establishes the model of reliability parameters modification considering switch misstrip and component climatic factors,and adopts the model and FMEA method in the reliability evaluation on distribution system with wind farm to study the influence of different island partition on system reliability. The result shows that to integrate appropriate wind farm into distribution system is feasible to improve power distribution reliability,and reasonable design of island partition is able to enhance system reliability.
