六角切圆锅炉低氮燃烧器改造前后污染物排放特性研究
Research on characteristics of pollutant emission before and after low NO_x reformation for six-corner tangentially fired boiler
【摘要】 为了研究褐煤燃烧六角切圆锅炉低氮燃烧器改造后污染物排放及燃烧稳定性问题,笔者采用数值计算和现场试验相结合的方式对燃烧器改造前后CO浓度、NOx浓度进行了对比分析,对锅炉水冷壁四周出现较严重的结渣问题提出了相应的解决措施。分析结果表明:燃烧器改造后的CO浓度比改造前高,NO浓度比改造前降低了很多;煤粉在还原性气氛较强下、融化温度较低时会导致水冷壁出现结渣。建议增强燃烧器区域的氧量,可减轻结渣的形成。
【Abstract】 In order to study the pollutant emission and combustion stability before and after low NOxreformation for six-corner tangentially lignite-fired boiler,the author adopts the numerical calculation combining with on-site experiment to compare and analyzes the concentration of CO and NOxbefore and after burner reformation,and proposes relevant measures to solve serious slagging around boiler water wall. The result of analysis shows that the CO concentration after the burner reformation is higher than that before the reformation,but the NO concentration is lower;pulverized coal will lead to slagging on water wall when reducing atmosphere is relatively strong and melting temperature is low. It is suggested to increase burner regional oxygen amount so as to reliving slagging.
